The PlanetOut Corporate Pride Directory is based on data supplied by HRC WorkNet, the nation's most comprehensive, accurate and regularly updated database of corporate policies and workplace laws.
The HRC Corporate Equality Index provides a simple way to evaluate whether America's biggest employers are treating their gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender employees, consumers, and investors equitably. The index rates a company on a scale of 0 percent to 100 percent based on key metrics.
